Color RAD - Custom Color Dialog was created by vbRad.com to overcome some of the shortcomings of the standard Color Dialog that ships as a part of Common Dialog Controls.  Color RAD keeps compatibility with the standard dialog while adding a few features.  Color RAD is an ActiveX DLL.  This allows use in classes and modules, not only forms.

Below is a synopsys of features as compared to the standard Color Dialog box:

• Color RAD allows the programmer to set and retrieve each individual color in the Custom Colors palette
  
• Color RAD now has a Title property which allows to set the caption on the title bar of the color dialog.
  
• StartupPosition property has been added to allow control over where the control will appear.
  
• ShowColor doesn't generate an error when the user chooses Cancel.  It simply returns False.  No more convoluted code to handle errors when they don't occur.

Custom Colors and Title feature

At the top of the dialog box, if you look at the caption of the form, you'll see a different title.  Normally, it would be difficult to achieve the same with standard Color Dialog box.  This is achieved through the use of Title property.
